We build each listing from publicly available business information and calculate scores and review summaries from Google reviews using a single, published rubric applied consistently to every business. Listing here is free, and payment never affects your score or ranking. This page explains how to correct factual errors, challenge a score you believe is inaccurate, or request removal of your listing. See scoring method for the full scoring rubric.

Fixing factual errors

Factual fields on your listing (business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services offered) can be corrected when you provide the right information and something we can verify it against, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once we apply a correction, it stays in place through future data refreshes.

Challenging your score

Scores are never edited by hand. A dispute is a claim that the underlying data is wrong, such as your profile being matched to another business, reviews being attributed to you incorrectly, or a summary misrepresenting what reviewers actually wrote. When you raise a dispute, we re-check the sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number.

Removing your listing

We remove listings when a business has permanently closed, is a duplicate entry, or falls outside the scope of this directory. Our monthly re-verification cycle automatically detects and removes closed businesses. If your listing is accurate and in scope, we may decline removal and will explain why plainly.

How quickly we respond

Every request receives an acknowledgment within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are processed within 7 days. Declined requests include the reason.
