Compare A Broker Directory is an independent directory of mortgage broker businesses in Perth, published by Scout Local Media. Listings and scores are derived from publicly available review data under a fixed, published rubric; the full method is set out on our scoring method page. By using the site you accept the terms below.

Information, not endorsement

A listing or a high score here is not an endorsement. It is a summary of public review data at the time we processed it. Details go stale, businesses change hands, and reviews can be wrong, so verify anything that matters (credentials, pricing, availability) with the business itself before you commit. The site is provided for information only and we do not warrant that it is complete or current.

Enquiries and referral fees

We may pass your enquiry to a listed business or a partner, and we may be paid a referral fee when that happens. Referral fees have no effect on scores or rankings, which come from the published rubric applied to public review data and cannot be bought or adjusted.

Corrections, disputes, and removals

Businesses listed here can request corrections, dispute a listing or score, or ask to be removed. The listing policy explains how each request works and what to include.

Using the site

The site is for finding and contacting mortgage broker businesses. Do not scrape or bulk-copy the compiled content, send fake or misleading form submissions, attempt to disrupt how the site runs, or use it for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

Editorial content, scores, and the compiled directory are the property of Scout Local Media. We do not claim ownership of the public reviews the analysis is derived from (those remain with their authors), nor of any business name or trademark that appears in a listing.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Scout Local Media is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, from reliance on the information in it, or from your dealings with any business you find through it. Your agreement with a business you engage is between you and that business. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Which law applies

The laws of Australia govern these terms. Disputes arising from them are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
